The Admin Executive is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations. This role includes handling documentation, coordinating with departments, managing records, and assisting management with daily administrative tasks.
Manage day-to-day administrative and office operations
Maintain and organize files, records, and documents (physical & digital)
Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors
Prepare reports, letters, invoices, and other official documents
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Monitor office supplies and place orders when required
Assist in HR-related administrative tasks (attendance, leave records, onboarding support)
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Support management and team members with administrative needs
Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
1–3 years of experience in an administrative role
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
Good communication and coordination skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Experience with ERP or office management software
Basic knowledge of HR or accounting processes
