Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff and senior management.

Ensure the office is organized, maintained, and stocked with supplies.
Act as a point of contact for visitors and vendors.
Monitor office expenses and help with budgeting
Manage and update important administrative records, including employee files, contracts, and databases.
Handle project documentation, such as contracts, blueprints, and change orders, ensuring they are up-to-date and accessible
Coordinate project meetings and maintain records of project progress and procedures.
Assist with document preparation, creating reports, and managing project communication.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety requirements, and legal regulations.
Coordinate inspections and maintain associated records.
