Position: Admin Executive
Department: Administration
Location: Pallikaranai
Salary: 15,000 to 30,000 (based on skill)

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Admin Executive to handle day-to-day administrative activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining asset records, purchasing stationery and housekeeping materials, managing uniforms, invoice handling, and guest house maintenance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update company asset list and records.

  • Handle purchasing of stationery, housekeeping materials, and uniforms.

  • Coordinate delivery and distribution of purchased materials to concerned departments.

  • Maintain stock and inventory records.

  • Issue invoices and maintain proper documentation.

  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for timely procurement.

  • Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of the guest house.

  • Monitor housekeeping requirements and support operational needs.

  • Prepare reports related to purchases, inventory, and asset management.

  • Maintain proper filing and administrative documentation.

  • Support other administrative activities as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or any equivalent qualification.

  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience in administration or related field.

  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and invoice handling.

  • Good communication and coordination skills.

  • Ability to manage records and inventory efficiently.

  • Responsible and detail-oriented candidate preferred.
