Job Title: Administrative Manager
Location: Gurgaon (Sec-34)
Key Responsibilities:
· Office Operations: Manage daily administrative duties, including mail distribution, filing, and managing office equipment.
· Scheduling & Coordination: Organize meetings, manage team calendars, and arrange travel itineraries.
· Documentation: Maintain digital/physical records, databases, and prepare reports or presentations.
· Communication: Act as the first point of contact, answering phones, responding to emails, and greeting visitors.
· Procurement: Monitor and restock office supplies and liaise with vendors.
· Support: Assist in HR on boarding and basic finance tasks like invoicing or expense tracking.
Requirements:
· 5+ years of experience in office administration or clerical roles.
· Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office equipment.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
· High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
· Salary: As per industry (No constraint for right candidate)
· Immediate Joining
