Key Responsibilities:
1. Process Management & Optimization
Develop, document, and streamline translation and localization workflows.
Identify process bottlenecks and introduce automation solutions.
2. Operations Oversight
Supervise project management, linguist management, DTP, and quality control teams.
Oversee end-to-end production of translation projects — from client onboarding to delivery.
Manage vendor allocation, workload distribution, and timeline adherence.
Ensure smooth collaboration between internal teams and freelance linguists.
3. Quality Assurance
Maintain and monitor translation quality standards.
Conduct periodic audits and feedback sessions with translators and reviewers.
Collaborate with QA and linguist teams to resolve recurring quality issues.
4. Leadership & Team Development
Lead and mentor operations, project management, and quality teams.
Set clear goals, performance metrics, and development plans for team members.
Promote a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
6. Client & Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with the sales and account management teams to understand client requirements.
Ensure that delivery processes align with client expectations and budgets.
Participate in client meetings and presentations to explain process capabilities.
