Executive Support
• Manage the MD's daily calendar, appointments, and meetings.
• Screen calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the MD.
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and minutes of meetings.
• Follow up on action points and ensure timely completion.
Communication & Coordination
• Coordinate with Unit Heads, Corporate Departments, and External Stakeholders.
• Draft professional letters, emails, and official communications.
• Maintain effective communication between the MD's office and all hotel units.
Documentation & Record Management
• Maintain confidential files, contracts, and business records.
• Organize and update important documents and reports.
• Ensure proper filing and retrieval of documents.
Travel & Event Management
• Arrange travel bookings, accommodation, and itineraries for the MD.
• Coordinate corporate meetings, conferences, and business events.
• Manage hospitality arrangements for guests and VIP visitors.
Administrative Responsibilities
• Prepare monthly reports and business summaries.
• Monitor pending tasks and deadlines assigned by the MD.
• Maintain office supplies and administrative requirements for the MD's office.
Confidentiality & Compliance
• Handle sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and professional standards.
