Key Responsibilities:1.	Administrative and operational support:•	Manage the MD’s daily schedule, calendar, and appointments.•	Organize and prioritize meetings, travel plans, and events.•	Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.•	Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and company documents.2.	Coordination & Communication•	Act as a bridge between the MD and internal departments, ensuring smooth communication flow.•	Coordinate with senior management, clients, and stakeholders on behalf of the MD.•	Screen and prioritize phone calls, emails, and requests, responding where appropriate.•	Draft letters, memos, and official communications for the MD’s approval. 3. Meeting & Documentation•	Schedule, organize, and record minutes of meetings (Board, Management, or Project Reviews).•	Follow up on actionable items, ensuring deadlines are met.•	Maintain and update records, reports, and important files.•	Prepare agenda notes, summaries, and briefings for the MD before key meetings. 4. Project Assistance•	Support the MD in tracking ongoing business projects and ensuring timely updates from departments.•	Assist in preparing management reports, MIS, and business presentations.•	Conduct research and compile data for decision-making.•	Coordinate with finance, HR, marketing, and operations teams for cross-departmental updates. 5. Travel & Event Management•	Plan and manage domestic and international travel itineraries.•	Handle bookings, visa processing, and logistics.•	Organize corporate events, conferences, and client meetings. 6. Confidential & Strategic Tasks•	Handle confidential business and personal matters discreetly.•	Provide administrative support in strategy planning, project execution, and business operations.•	Support in drafting policies, proposals, and presentations for management review. 7. Personal Assistance (if applicable)•	Manage personal appointments and errands for the MD as required.•	Liaise with vendors, service providers, and staff for both professional and personal tasks.
