Job Description

We are looking for a Personal Secretary to join our Company Director who stands for Lucknow MLC Elections to support & to perform a variety of administrative tasks. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹12,000 - ₹16,000 and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Director’s daily schedule, ensuring smooth coordination between business meetings, campaign events, and personal commitments.

  • Handle confidential correspondence, draft letters, and prepare speeches or talking points for public appearances.

  • Coordinate with campaign teams, media representatives, and community leaders to arrange meetings and events.

  • Organize travel itineraries, accommodation, and logistics for both corporate and election-related engagements.

  • Maintain meticulous records of meetings, commitments, and follow-ups.

  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and briefing documents for both business and political purposes.

  • Act as the first point of contact for important calls, visitors, and inquiries—filtering and prioritizing them effectively.

    Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 3 years of experience. Other required skills include proficiency in Microsoft Office, multitasking and time-management, with the ability to prioritize tasks. She must have a professional attitude and be an expert in written and verbal communication.
