About the Opportunity

A-One Solutions is hiring on behalf of a reputable resort nestled in the serene landscapes of Khatauli, Muzaffarnagar. We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Resort Manager to lead the client's team and ensure their guests have an exceptional experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Operational Management: Oversee all daily operations of the resort, including managing staff, guest services, maintenance, and facility upkeep.

• Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise staff to uphold high standards of professionalism and service.

• Guest Satisfaction: Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a high level of guest satisfaction.

• Financial Management: Manage the resort's budget, control costs, and oversee daily accounting tasks, including GST, TDS, and payroll.

• Strategic Growth: Develop and execute strategies to improve resort performance and profitability.

Qualifications

• Experience: 4-5 years of experience in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.

• Education: A degree or diploma in hospitality management, business administration, or tourism is required. A post-graduate degree is preferred.

• Skills:

  • Strong communication and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications like MS Excel and Word.

  • Familiarity with day-to-day accounting, GST, TDS, and payroll.
