Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, responsible, and energetic Evening Shift Gaming Cafe Assistant to join our university gaming cafe team. The ideal candidate enjoys gaming culture, has good communication skills, and can provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in a polite and professional manner
Handle customer inquiries, game bookings, and basic troubleshooting
Manage gaming stations (PCs/consoles), controllers, and accessories
Ensure a clean, organized, and safe café environment
Monitor usage time and follow café rules and policies
Handle basic billing, payments, and cash/card transactions
Report technical issues or customer concerns to management
Maintain discipline and a positive atmosphere during peak hours

Required Skills & Qualifications

Good communication and customer-handling skills
Basic knowledge of PC/console games and gaming systems
Ability to work evening hours (5 PM – 12 AM)
Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented
Ability to stay calm and helpful under pressure
