Designation – Clinic Manager

Work Timings – 10.30 am - 07.00 pm

Working Days – Tuesday - Sundays (Weekly Off: Monday)

Work Location – Hiranandani estate, Powai, Mumbai

Qualification- Graduate

Experience – 1 years in similar role

Salary (Min & Max) –  Best in Industry (if a candidate wants to opt for PF only PT deduction will be applicable; if not then PF will be applicable)- travel allowances is include in CTC.

Additional Information - For Training or Meeting candidate will be required to travel to other clinic in 2-3 months duration or whenever if there is a requirement (travel to any of the other location from Powai allowances will be provided)

Role will also involve up selling, for which training will be given

Job description :

l  Clinic Operations & Policies – Implement clinic policies, manage daily operations, and ensure a professional workplace.

l  Staff Supervision & Coordination – Oversee and motivate staff, conduct briefings, and ensure nurses work efficiently.

l  Client Services & Scheduling – Manage appointments, coordinate with healthcare professionals, and customize client packages.

l  Records & Compliance – Maintain client records using AI-based CRM software and ensure accurate clinical documentation.

l  Finance & Maintenance – Handle billing, invoices, inventory, petty cash, equipment upkeep, and marketing events.
