· Handle calls, emails, and inquiries
· Manage visitor logs and front desk operations
· Coordinate with HR/Admin for office tasks
· Schedule appointments and meetings

· Perform basic documentation and data entry
· Presentable, confident, and good communication skills
· Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
