Ltd.we need a wide range of new and pre-owned cars, including private and taxi segment vehicles.We focus on premium customer experience, transparency, and professional service in automobile sales & support. As a Receptionist cum Sales Executive, you will be the first face of our showroom – responsible for handling walk-in customers, inquiries, calls, and assisting the sales team in converting leads into sales.🔹 Key Responsibilities:Greet and attend all customers visiting the showroom politely and professionally.Handle inbound & outbound calls, WhatsApp, and online inquiries.Maintain customer data and follow up on leads regularly.Assist sales manager in explaining car features, finance, and offers to customers.Coordinate with the sales and documentation team for booking & delivery process.Keep showroom area well organized and presentable.Support in creating promotional reels/videos for social media if comfortable.Handle reception desk – visitor records, client refreshments, appointment scheduling.
