What You’ll Do:

• Talk to students on calls and in-person to guide them about our courses and programs.

• Help students understand our admission process and assist them with enrolment.

• Maintain follow-ups with interested students and ensure a smooth counselling experience.

• Handle front-desk responsibilities – attending calls, welcoming visitors, and sharing information.

Who You Are:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills (Hindi + basic English).

• Friendly, patient, and confident while speaking to students or parents.

• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, WhatsApp, Google Forms, etc.).

• Prior experience in counselling or front-office work is a plus — but freshers are welcome!
