Job Description

We established in 2007 a well known Group of 18 Companies working in Pharmaceuticals, FMCG, Retail, Microfinance, credit cooperative, real estate etc. Our headquartered is in Lucknow. We are working in 28 States & 2 Union Territories and has a network of more than 120+ offices and more than 1500 employees across India.

CONDITIONS FOR APPLYING:-

  • Candidate must have the local residence of Lucknow and must be living in nearest area of Alambagh, Lucknow.

  • FRESHER MBA-Marketing OR Bachelors OR 1 year as Receptionist in any Hospital / Medical / Healthcare institution or any other reputed corporate.

  • Fluency in English and Hindi both languages.

  • Fair knowledge of MS Excel, formulas, shortcuts etc.

  • Must be agree to attend interview at HO in week days between 1:30 pm to 04:00 pm.

Job Location:- Alambagh, Lucknow

Salary:- Rs.12,000-15,000/- per month + incentives + others (negotiable).

Job role and responsibilities:-

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.

  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.

  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.

  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)

  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.

  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook).

  • Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them and direct calls to the concerned person / extension.
