We are looking for a Receptionist who will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also managing outbound and inbound telecommunication activities. The role combines front-office management, customer handling, and telecalling responsibilities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Front Office / Reception Duties
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle incoming calls, direct them to the concerned department, and take accurate messages.
Manage the reception desk, visitor logbooks, and ID/security protocols.
Coordinate meeting room bookings, appointments, and schedules.
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mails and courier packages.
Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and maintaining records.
Telecalling Duties
Make outbound calls to residents/customers/clients for service updates, reminders, or promotions.
Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve basic queries promptly.
Update and maintain customer records and databases accurately.
Follow communication guidelines/scripts to ensure consistent and professional interaction.
Assist in achieving call targets, service feedback collection, or lead generation (as applicable).
Prepare reports on call outcomes, follow-ups, and feedback for management review.
Graduate / 10+2 with experience in reception/front-office and/or telecalling.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer applications.
Excellent communication skills in English and local language (spoken and written).
Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and customer-oriented attitude.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to remain calm, polite, and professional under pressure.
Willingness to handle both in-person and phone-based interactions efficiently.
Location: Office / Residential Apartment Front Office
Reporting to: Facility Manager / Office Manager
Schedule: 6 days a week (Week-off as per roster)
May require flexible timing during events or peak workload periods.
