Dr Anupam's Skin First Llp is looking for a professional Receptionist/Sales Executive to manage their front desk operations and perform various administrative tasks. This role involves welcoming guests, handling front-office responsibilities, and ensuring smooth daily operations. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹8000 - ₹12000 along with career growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors while ensuring they are directed appropriately.
Answer, screen, and forward phone calls in a professional manner.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area with necessary office supplies.
Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries efficiently.
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange travel accommodations.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and record-keeping.
Job Requirements:
Applicants must have 12th Pass with 0 - 1 years of relevant experience. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent multitasking, and time-management skills are essential. A professional attitude, along with strong written and verbal communication skills, is a must. Key Responsibilities:
Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., SMM, Management, operations) to ensure timely Updates on client treatment and service.
Maintain customer databases, sales records, and contract files.
Schedule client Appointment and Ongoing (Therapist) team appointments.
Follow up with Prospect , Leads and feedback of the clients.
Track sales performance and compile data for reports and analysis.
Help organize promotional events, campaigns.
Ensure smooth communication between internal departments and Patient/Client.
Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Doctors,Therapist & operations) to ensure timely delivery and service.
Schedule client Appointments and Service team appointments.
