Experience as Front Desk.
Knowledge of Tally (will be a plus).
Handle phone calls, reply mails, keep record visitors, couriers.
Manage daily attendance, Make Offers.
Answer Customers Questions via Phones and assist them with their needs.
Manage the field team/Drivers, dispatch couriers/Samples & Keep records.
Manage new appointments/Interview, meeting as per seniors instructions.
Knowledge of MS Office (Especially Excel & Word).
Strong Communication and People Skills.
Good organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Customer Service Orientation.
