Receptionist & Sales Executive – BTF

Handle walk-ins, calls & client enquiries professionally
Convert leads into memberships and achieve sales targets
Maintain client follow-ups through calls & WhatsApp
Manage front desk operations & member check-ins
Explain gym programs, offers & packages to clients
Maintain daily sales and enquiry records
Coordinate with coaches and management team
Ensure a positive and welcoming environment for members
Support social media enquiries and appointment bookings
Basic computer skills & good communication required
