Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and presentable candidate for a dual role primarily focused on telemarketing (70%) along with front desk management (30%). The candidate should have decent communication skills, a persuasive approach to client interaction, and the ability to manage reception responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Telemarketing
Call potential and existing clients using provided data
Explain company services/products clearly and professionally
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication
Handle client queries and guide them through the process
Maintain call records and update client databases
Coordinate with the sales/marketing team for lead conversion
Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets
Reception & Administrative Work.
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner
Answer and direct incoming calls at the front desk
Manage visitor records and appointments
Handle courier, dispatch, and incoming/outgoing mail
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
Coordinate internal meetings and assist with basic administrative tasks
Skills Required:
Strong communication and convincing skills (English, Hindi & Marathi)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Pleasant personality with a professional attitude
Good multitasking and time management abilities
Basic client handling and coordination skills
Qualification:
Minimum: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
