We are looking for a smart, professional, and well-presented Receptionist for our BPO company. The candidate will be responsible for handling front desk operations, greeting visitors, managing calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional manner
Handle incoming and outgoing calls professionally
Maintain visitor records and reception area cleanliness
Schedule interviews, meetings, and appointments
Coordinate with HR and management team
Manage courier, parcels, and office correspondence
Maintain attendance records and employee entries
Support basic administrative and office tasks
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information
Ensure positive first impression of the company
Requirements:
Graduate / 12th Pass can apply
Good communication skills in Hindi & English
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Word, Email)
Presentable personality with positive attitude
Good multitasking and time management skills
Experience in receptionist/front desk preferred
