Zoetic BPO Services Private Limited is looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting visitors, handling calls, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet visitors in a professional manner
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
Maintain the reception area and office appearance
Handle incoming and outgoing courier or mail
Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules
Assist HR or management with basic administrative tasks
Coordinate with different departments for internal communication
Handle basic data entry and documentation
Required Skills
Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, Email)
Professional behavior and positive attitude
Good organizational and multitasking skills
Customer service mindset
Qualification
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Experience
0–2 years experience in receptionist or front office role (Freshers can also apply)
