Job Description

Position: Receptionist
Department: Front Office
Location: D-66, Second Floor, Sector 2 Noida 201301
Reporting To: Manager

Overview:
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. The role requires a professional, courteous, and well-organized individual who can manage front desk operations efficiently and represent the company positively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.

  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and deliveries.

  • Manage visitor logs, issue visitor passes, and ensure security protocols are followed.

  • Provide basic administrative support to various departments, including filing, scanning, and data entry.

  • Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

  • Assist with office supply management and inventory tracking.

  • Respond to inquiries from clients, customers, and visitors, providing information or redirecting as needed.

  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months –3 years of experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant and professional demeanor.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Gmail).

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.

  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any stream.

  • Experience in corporate office settings.

  • Knowledge of office equipment (printer, scanner, EPABX system).

Work Environment:

  • Office-based role.

  • Standard business hours, with occasional flexibility if required.

Compensation:

  • As per company norms and candidate experience.
