Job Summary:
The Receptionist will be responsible for managing front desk operations and providing administrative support across the organization. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area.
Handle daily mail, courier services, and deliveries.
Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference rooms.
Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
Manage visitor logs, ID cards, and ensure security protocols are followed.
Provide information to clients and visitors as required.
Support various departments with clerical tasks and communication.
Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
Proven experience as a receptionist, front office representative, or similar role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Customer-service oriented with a positive attitude.
