The Front Office Receptionist is responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to members, visitors, and guests of [Coworking Space Name]. Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome members, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Manage front desk operations, including responding to phone calls, emails, and messages
- Handle inquiries, and provide information about coworking space facilities and services
- Process payments, invoices, and other administrative tasks accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service and support to members, and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner

- Assist with event planning and execution, and provide support to the events team as needed

Requirements:
