Job Description

The Front Office Receptionist is responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support to members, visitors, and guests of [Coworking Space Name]. The role involves managing front desk operations, handling membership inquiries, and ensuring a welcoming and professional atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome members, visitors, and guests in a professional and courteous manner

- Manage front desk operations, including responding to phone calls, emails, and messages

- Handle inquiries, and provide information about coworking space facilities and services

- Process payments, invoices, and other administrative tasks accurately and efficiently

- Provide excellent customer service and support to members, and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner

- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, and ensure that all necessary materials and equipment are available

- Assist with event planning and execution, and provide support to the events team as needed

- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive member experience

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Basic computer skills and knowledge of office software

- Friendly and professional demeanor

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)

- Certification in hospitality or customer service (preferred)
