Position: Receptionist

Job Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests professionally.

• Handle incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate person or department.

• Handle and communicate with international clients professionally.

• Communicate with clients over calls, emails, and other communication channels.

• Manage front-desk activities and maintain a professional reception area.

• Handle basic administrative and clerical tasks.

• Coordinate with internal teams and assist with day-to-day office activities.

• Maintain visitor records and other necessary documentation.

• Respond to client inquiries and provide appropriate information.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or in a similar role.

• Good English communication skills are mandatory, as the candidate will be required to interact with international clients.

• Should be confident and comfortable communicating in English over calls and in person.

• Good interpersonal and client-handling skills.

• Presentable and professional personality.

• Basic computer knowledge.

• Ability to multitask and manage front-desk responsibilities efficiently.

Salary

₹12,000 – ₹18,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance.
