Job Title: Guest Relation Assistant {Male}
Department: Front Office / Guest Services
Location: Wonderla Amusemant Park, Raviryala
Reports To: Guest Relations Manager / Front Office Manager
Job Summary:
The Guest Relation Assistant is responsible for ensuring excellent guest experiences by providing warm welcomes, addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and offering support throughout the visit.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly and professional check-in/check-out experience.
Handle guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, food & beverage, etc.) to meet guest requests.
Provide guests with information about hotel facilities, promotions, and nearby attractions.
Maintain guest records and follow up on guest preferences to ensure personalized service.
Assist VIP guests and manage special requests.
Ensure lobby and reception area remain clean and welcoming.
Requirements:
Male candidate preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Prior experience in hospitality or front office is an advantage.
Pleasant personality with a customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, software).
