WeDesh Consultants is seeking a highly professional and dynamic Receptionist to join our administrative team. This role serves as the crucial first point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders, requiring exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills. The successful candidate will manage the front office operations and provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient daily business activities.
Front Desk Management:
Professionally greet, welcome, and direct all visitors, clients, and guests, ensuring a positive first impression.
Maintain the reception area's impeccable appearance and operational readiness, including managing necessary office supplies and collateral.
Communication & Correspondence:
Manage the switchboard; accurately answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and messages in a timely manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including receiving, sorting, logging, and distributing all daily mail, courier, and package deliveries.
Administrative Support:
Perform diverse clerical and administrative tasks, including filing, photocopying, data entry, and maintaining up-to-date company records and databases.
Assist in scheduling appointments, updating calendar entries, arranging internal meetings, and coordinating travel and accommodation for staff as required.
Compliance & Records:
Ensure strict adherence to office security procedures by controlling access and issuing visitor badges.
Minimum Educational Qualification: Graduate degree.
Experience: 0 to 3 years of proven experience in a similar front-office or administrative capacity. Freshers demonstrating high communication aptitude are encouraged to apply.
Essential Language Skills: Mandatory fluency (verbal and written) in Hindi, Gujarati, and English to effectively manage communication with our multi-lingual client and staff base.
Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
