Job Summary:
As the first point of contact at Vision Aviation Academy, the Receptionist plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming and professional environment for students, parents, staff, and visitors. You will be responsible for managing the front desk efficiently while supporting various administrative functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Greet visitors, students, and parents warmly and direct them appropriately
Manage incoming phone calls and inquiries with professionalism
Handle student admissions queries and schedule appointments for counselors
Maintain the front desk area and ensure it's always presentable and organized
Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and messages promptly
Maintain student attendance records, issue ID cards, and assist with uniform coordination
Provide general administrative and clerical support to the management team
Manage basic data entry and documentation tasks
Coordinate with trainers, counselors, and back-office staff as needed
Assist in organizing academy events, seminars, or workshops
Maintain confidentiality of student and staff information
Prior experience in a front office or receptionist role preferred (aviation or education industry is an advantage)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and a polite, friendly demeanor
Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
Fluency in Kannada & English language preferred
