Job Responsibilities:
· Welcome and assist guests, clients, and visitors professionally.
· Handle front desk operations and manage visitor entries.
· Coordinate site visits and client appointments.
· Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
· Maintain visitor records and daily reports.
· Coordinate with sales, CRM, and site teams for smooth guest handling.
· Ensure cleanliness and professional appearance of reception area.
Eligibility Criteria:
· Graduate / Diploma (any stream)
· Good communication skills (English, Gujarati, Hindi preferred)
· Presentable personality and customer-oriented attitude
· Basic knowledge of MS Office and email handling

· Polite, confident, and well-groomed
· Ability to handle clients calmly and professionally
