We are looking for a smart, polite, and well-presented Receptionist to manage front-desk operations. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and should maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling calls and inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Maintain visitor records and ensure security protocols are followed.
Handle daily correspondence, emails, and courier management.
Keep the reception area neat, clean, and organized.
Support administrative and HR teams with basic office tasks.
Required Skills:
Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English).
Polite, confident, and presentable personality.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email handling).
Punctual and disciplined.
Ability to handle multiple tasks smoothly.
