Job Opportunity: Female Receptionist. Vekay Engineering Solution and Associates is seeking a professional and organized Female Receptionist to join our team.Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the reception area and welcome visitors warmly.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail and packages.

  • Perform administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.

  • Maintain a clean and presentable reception area.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, etc.).

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is a plus.

Salary: ₹13,000 to ₹15,000 per month.
