Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, well-presented, and organized Receptionist to manage our front desk and assist visitors. The ideal candidate will be polite, professional, and capable of handling day-to-day office tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages.

  • Maintain a clean and presentable reception area.

  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.

  • Handle courier, mail, and delivery management.

  • Assist with administrative tasks like data entry and filing.

  • Support HR and Admin teams with daily operations.

  • Maintain visitor records and follow company security procedures.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
