Position Overview
We are looking for a professional, well-presented, and organized Receptionist to manage front-office operations and create a positive first impression for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle multiple administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
Schedule appointments and manage meeting calendars.
Coordinate visitor management and provide administrative support to internal teams.
Maintain visitor records and office documentation.
Receive and distribute couriers, parcels, and official correspondence.
Assist with filing, data entry, document preparation, and record management.
Support HR and administration with interview scheduling and onboarding activities.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors as required.
Requirements
Must-Have Skills
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
0–2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or in a similar role.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and customer-centric attitude.
Nice-to-Have Skills
Previous experience handling front-office operations.
Experience supporting HR or administrative functions.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
