Job Description

Position Overview

We are looking for a professional, well-presented, and organized Receptionist to manage front-office operations and create a positive first impression for visitors and clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to handle multiple administrative responsibilities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and candidates in a professional manner.

  • Answer and direct incoming calls to the appropriate departments.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.

  • Schedule appointments and manage meeting calendars.

  • Coordinate visitor management and provide administrative support to internal teams.

  • Maintain visitor records and office documentation.

  • Receive and distribute couriers, parcels, and official correspondence.

  • Assist with filing, data entry, document preparation, and record management.

  • Support HR and administration with interview scheduling and onboarding activities.

  • Monitor office supplies and coordinate with vendors as required.

Requirements

Must-Have Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).

  • 0–2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Executive, or in a similar role.

  • Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.

  • Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and interpersonal skills.
