We are currently looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to be the face of our salon and provide exceptional customer service to every client.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients with a warm and friendly attitude as they arrive at the salon.

  • Manage client appointments and scheduling using booking software or register.

  • Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails professionally and efficiently.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.

  • Provide information about salon services, packages, and prices to walk-in or calling clients.

  • Handle billing, payments, and issue invoices or receipts.

  • Coordinate with salon staff to ensure smooth client flow and timely service.

  • Keep client records up to date, including service history and preferences.

  • Assist in maintaining salon inventory by tracking product usage and restocking.

  • Handle client feedback and complaints with patience and professionalism.

  • Promote salon offers, loyalty programs, and retail products to clients.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role (preferred, but not mandatory).

  • Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with appointment scheduling software.

  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Kannada and Hindi is a plus.

  • Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and attitude.

  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and handle pressure during busy hours.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach.

  • Punctual, reliable, and team oriented.
