About the Role

We are looking for a warm, well-spoken, and customer-focused Receptionist (Female) to be the first point of contact at Magic Mirror Salon. You will be responsible for greeting clients, managing appointments, and ensuring a smooth front-desk experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients with a friendly and professional attitude.

  • Manage phone calls, inquiries, and salon bookings (walk-in & over the phone).

  • Schedule, confirm, and update client appointments.

  • Maintain client records and manage the salon’s booking system.

  • Handle billing, payments, and issue receipts.

  • Coordinate with the salon team to ensure seamless service for clients.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.

  • Upsell and inform clients about ongoing offers, packages, and services.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum 12th pass (Graduate preferred).

  • Gender: Female candidates only.

  • Languages: Proficiency in Kannada and English.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Pleasant personality with good customer service orientation.

  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to manage booking software.

  • Prior experience in a salon/spa/hospitality industry is an advantage.
