Job Description

We are looking for a Salon Receptionist who can also look after the salon floor like a floor manager. The role includes handling the front desk, managing customers, and coordinating with staff to ensure smooth daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and attend walk-in customers politely

  • Manage appointments and customer flow on the salon floor

  • Coordinate with stylists and staff for smooth service

  • Handle billing, cash, and basic system entries

  • Monitor staff attendance and daily activities

  • Handle customer feedback and resolve minor issues

  • Maintain cleanliness and discipline on the salon floor

  • Pleasant personality and customer-friendly attitude

  • Basic computer knowledge (billing / appointments)

  • Experience in salon or hospitality is an advantage
