·       Transferring calls as necessary.

·       Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member in time

·       Maintaining safety and hygiene standards of the reception area.

·       Handling EPABX System.

·       Greet and welcome guest as soon as they arrive at the office.

·       Sending & receiving couriers and keep track on same courier.

·       Word, excel, internet work
