Post: Receptionist / Front Desk - (Female)

Experience: Min 6month

Location: Masjid Bandar

Qualification: Graduation or office administration or related fields

Working Days: 6 days (Mon to Sat)

Salary: 15k to 18k PM

Job Overview:

We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage the front

desk at our office. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients,

and staff, ensuring a welcoming environment and handling various administrative duties to

support smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.

  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.

  • Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.

  • Manage office mail, packages, and deliveries.

  • Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

  • Ensure office supplies are stocked and reorder when necessary.

  • Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.

  • Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the office.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Professional appearance and demeanor.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment (e.g., phones, printers).

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in a corporate or office setting.

  • Familiarity with office management procedures.

  • Basic knowledge of accounting or handling cash.

Work Environment:

  • This position is based at our office front desk.

  • The role involves standing, greeting visitors, answering calls, and administrative tasks.
