Job Overview:
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Receptionist to manage the front
desk at our office. The Receptionist will serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients,
and staff, ensuring a welcoming environment and handling various administrative duties to
support smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel or department.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable reception area.
Manage office mail, packages, and deliveries.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Ensure office supplies are stocked and reorder when necessary.
Assist with basic administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth operation of the office.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related fields are a plus.
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Representative, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and demeanor.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic office equipment (e.g., phones, printers).
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a corporate or office setting.
Familiarity with office management procedures.
Basic knowledge of accounting or handling cash.
Work Environment:
This position is based at our office front desk.
The role involves standing, greeting visitors, answering calls, and administrative tasks.
