Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a professional and friendly Receptionist to manage front desk operations, handle visitor interactions, and provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day office functioning.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner

  • Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments

  • Maintain visitor records and issue visitor passes

  • Handle incoming and outgoing couriers and mail

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area

  • Coordinate with internal teams for meeting room bookings

  • Assist in basic administrative tasks (data entry, filing, etc.)

  • Support HR/Admin activities as required


Requirements:

  • Any Graduate / Diploma / SSLC

  • 0–2 years of experience in a similar role

  • Good communication skills (English, Kannada, and Hindi)

  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Presentable personality with a customer-focused attitude
