Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact at our office. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, speak English fluently, and ensure that all visitors and calls are handled with courtesy and efficiency. This role requires someone who can manage the front desk operations, maintain visitor logs, and support administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism.

Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency is a must)

  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude

  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

  • Solid organizational skills and attention to detail

  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a plus
