Patient Interaction & Reception ● Greet and assist patients in a courteous and professional manner ● Handle patient registrations, appointments, and walk-ins ● Guide patients regarding consultation procedures and waiting times Appointment & Scheduling ● Manage doctor schedules and appointment bookings ● Coordinate rescheduling and cancellations efficiently ● Ensure optimal patient flow to minimize waiting time Administrative Duties ● Maintain patient records (digital and/or physical) ● Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collection ● Manage insurance/TPA coordination (if applicable)
