Admin / Group Admin / Regional Admin

Location:

Across Mumbai (Multiple Locations)

Salary:

Up to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and role)

Experience Required:

Minimum 3 to 9 years in an administrative or similar role

Eligibility Criteria:

Gender: Female candidates only

Age Requirement:

Admin: 30 years and above

Group Admin / Regional Admin: 32 years and above

Candidates with a Receptionist background are also eligible for the Admin profile

Candidates with experience in the healthcare sector, especially in mini hospitals, will be preferred

Job Overview:

We are looking for experienced and organized Admin professionals to join our team at various levels – Admin, Group Admin, and Regional Admin – across Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office administration, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage day-to-day operational tasks efficiently.

Note: The receptionist and admin profiles are specifically within the healthcare sector, particularly in mini hospitals.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily administrative operations of the assigned location or group of locations

Ensure smooth functioning of office processes, logistics, and internal coordination

Maintain records, reports, and documents as required

Coordinate with departments for scheduling meetings and supporting business operations

Supervise facility management, housekeeping, and front-office duties as needed

Act as a point of contact between management and staff

Prepare reports and assist in policy implementation as directed by senior management

Skills & Competencies:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations

Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities efficiently

Leadership qualities for Group Admin and Regional Admin roles

Experience in handling reception/front office is a plus

Preferred Background:

Candidates with prior experience in admin, front office, or receptionist roles in the healthcare sector (mini hospitals)

Willingness to travel or manage multiple branches (for Group/Regional Admin roles)
