Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, guests, and employees in a courteous and professional manner.
Manage incoming and outgoing calls through the EPABX system and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Maintain visitor records and ensure compliance with security and visitor management procedures.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and visitor arrangements.
Maintain reception area cleanliness and ensure a professional appearance at all times.
Support administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, data entry, and record maintenance.
Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and other support service teams as required.
Assist in organizing office events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
Ensure adherence to company policies and standard operating procedures.
