We are looking for a Front Office Associate to manage our front desk operations with enthusiasm and professionalism. This role requires excellent organisational and communication skills and a proactive approach to customer relationship management.

Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support: Manage daily front office activities, including greeting and directing clients, managing mail, and maintaining a tidy and organised reception area.

• Scheduling & Coordination: With the director, schedule and organise appointments and calls for customers, clients, and associates, ensuring smooth communication flow.

• Customer Interaction: Welcome, greet, and attend to clients, customers, and associates upon arrival, offering a warm and professional first impression.

• Hospitality Coordination: Coordinate with kitchen staff to offer clients and guests water, coffee, or other refreshments.

• Office Support: Assist in administrative tasks as needed and collaborate with team members to ensure an efficient front office operation.
  

Qualifications:

• Experience: Prior experience as a front desk associate, receptionist, or similar role in real estate or customer-facing roles is preferred.

• Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a positive attitude.

• Personality: Friendly, approachable, and attentive to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

• It is a Full Time Receptionist job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
