Job Responsibilities

Welcome and assist customers in a professional manner.
Manage customer appointments and walk-in registrations.
Generate customer tokens and coordinate with the sales team.
Handle customer inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and social media.
Collect and maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system.
Conduct post-visit feedback calls and maintain customer satisfaction records.
Follow up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and service requests.
Coordinate with different departments for smooth customer service.
Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when required.
Maintain daily customer support reports and MIS.
Support showroom events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.
Ensure the reception and customer waiting area remain well managed.
