Desk Executive to manage front office operations and support our administrative and counselling

Job Details :

Position: Social Media Executive

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist walk-in visitors, students, and parents

• Convert enquiries into admissions through effective communication

• Handle phone calls, WhatsApp chats, and maintain admission records

• Perform daily data entry and maintain reports using Excel/Google Sheets

• Coordinate with faculty and admin teams to ensure smooth daily operations

• Provide administrative support for scheduling and centre management
