Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression
Manage guest reservations, walk-ins, and waiting lists efficiently
Coordinate table allocation with the service team to ensure smooth seating flow
Handle guest inquiries regarding menu, offers, wait time, and outlet facilities
Maintain accurate reservation records and update the system regularly
Assist in managing peak-hour crowd control and guest waiting areas
Address guest complaints or concerns politely and escalate to duty manager when required
Ensure guest preferences, special occasions, and repeat guest details are communicated to the service team
Coordinate with the front office, service, and kitchen teams for seamless guest experience
Monitor cleanliness and presentation of the reception and waiting area
Support billing desk during rush hours if required
Ensure compliance with Barbeque Nation service standards and SOPs
Assist in collecting guest feedback and reviews
