We are seeking a proactive, organized, and highly professional Executive Assistant / Receptionist to join our Mumbai office. This role combines administrative excellence with front-office management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing direct support to the leadership team.
Serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and partners
Manage front-desk operations, including calls, emails, and visitor coordination
Maintain office calendar, schedule meetings, and arrange travel logistics for management
Assist senior management with administrative tasks, documentation, and reporting
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and packages
Support event coordination, meetings, and in-house programs
Maintain office supplies, equipment, and vendor coordination
Uphold a professional and welcoming office environment
Bachelor’s degree preferred; diploma or certification in administration/office management is a plus
1–3 years of experience in executive assistance, reception, or office administration
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (verbal and written)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic tech tools
Professional appearance and demeanor
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
