Job Title: Receptionist (Multilingual – Hindi, Telugu, English)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly, professional, and multilingual Receptionist to manage our front desk and provide excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Hindi, Telugu, and English and will serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

• Answer and direct incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly.

• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain calendars.

• Provide administrative support, including handling correspondence, filing, and data entry.

• Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and office activities.

• Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable.

• Communicate effectively with clients and staff in Hindi, Telugu, and English.

• Handle queries, complaints, or requests efficiently and professionally.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Fluency in Hindi, Telugu, and English (spoken and written).

• Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer-facing role is preferred.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.
